Dark Moon Motel is a horror comedy game set in a run-down motel in the middle of nowhere.  It’s your first night, and your monster of a boss is already breathing down your neck to complete a list of tasks. The odd assortment of guests at the motel are making your nightly duties difficult, almost working you into an early grave. Watch out for the alien race of Droglum as they wander around the hotel! Gather lore, solve puzzles, avoid the wrath of your guests, and perhaps even gain entrance to the motel’s basement, where you just might find the answers you are looking for. We hope you enjoy working here. Try not to check out too early.

Adohiinage plunges players into the role of Gary, the missing handyman from the Dark Moon Motel, who is on an unsettling journey deep within an ancient, cursed forest where survival is anything but guaranteed. Stuck in an old cabin, surrounded by an overwhelming darkness that seems to breathe, players must explore, piece together clues, solve puzzles, and keep a eye on the darkness that surrounds them.

Players have to manage their time as they explore the woods.  Not only do they need to keep an eye out for collectibles and creatures as they roam around the forest.  They also need to manage their time, because when the sun starts to set, they won’t be alone anymore…

With its eerie atmosphere, relentless tension, and a mysterious narrative, Adohiinage is a descent into horror filled gameplay, where the forest itself seems to whisper warnings that no one will truly understand until it’s too late. Players must navigate the dark terrors, adapt to their changing surroundings, avoid numerous creatures slowly creeping through the woods, and piece together the story that binds them to this haunted wilderness.
